Applying for internships and junior positions shouldn't require sending hundreds of applications. After completing the simulation, you can choose whether to be considered for opportunities. If you opt in, you can share the roles and locations you're interested in. When employers send us job specs, we scan for participants who performed strongly in the areas they need. If you're a fit, we recommend you. Interested employers reach out to you directly. If you're not a match, your profile stays private. It's only ever used to find the right fit.

You still walk away with real experience you can talk about in interviews, a clearer picture of how you perform, and finance skills that transfer regardless of the sector you go into. The simulation has value whether or not the employer pathway opens up for you.
To ensure we always present employers with up-to-date candidates, we only recommend you if you have completed the simulation within the past year. If more time has passed, you’ll need to retake the simulation to be eligible again.
