Simulation Overview

The Corporate Governance Simulation, developed by governance experts and industry practitioners, offers a realistic, high-stakes experience in executive decision-making, ethical leadership, and boardroom negotiation.

Students step into the roles of key senior stakeholders and work through a live case. Through structured negotiation and strategic reasoning, students engage with core governance concepts such as conflict-of-interest management, fiduciary duty, transparency, stakeholder alignment, and board oversight.

The simulation builds students’ understanding of how governance decisions shape organizational credibility, investor confidence, and long-term value creation. Students are assessed on their ability to interpret governance risks, balance competing priorities, and negotiate resolutions that align with ethical standards, regulatory expectations, and their team’s assigned strategic objectives.
